What is your standard turnaround time?

Our standard lead time is 10 to 12 business days after the final approval on specification sheets we send prior to printing.

Is there any way I can get the fastest shipping?

Yes we do offer a rush service plan with 6 or 8 business days with a small fee.

Can I print custom/my own artwork?

Yes as we are specialized in all sorts of customized printing so you can have your own artwork printed.

How do I make sure what the finished product looks like?

Normally we do work on digital proof with flat and 3d view for approval so that makes it all clear what exactly the box will look like after printing and assembling. Also for bulk orders we send a physical sample with a minor sampling fee to make sure everything should be printed as per customer requirements.

How do I order Custom Boxes ?

On agreement of the prices, you need to send us your design files which we prepare according to your printing requirements and show you the layout. Upon approval of the layout we will process the order. Once the order is processed we will send you the Final Specification Sheet of the boxes you ordered and on approval of the Final Specification Sheet we will move the job for printing.

How long will it take to complete an order?

Once the job is forwarded for printing we require 6-8 Business Days to complete the printing and production process. We will take a little time for Quality Check and forward the finished ordered products for shipment. It will take 4-5 Business Days for ground shipping to deliver the boxes at your doorstep.
